There is water on the floor outside the cooler. Is that a refrigeration fault?
Usually, yes, and it is worth acting on before it becomes a slip hazard and a health finding. The common causes are a blocked or frozen condensate drain line backing water into the box, a cracked or misaligned drain pan under the evaporator, or door gaskets so poor that warm humid air is condensing on the frame and running down. Can you convert our cooler to a freezer, or the other way around?
Sometimes, and the answer depends on the box rather than the refrigeration.
